This summer, we will offer an introductory lecture series on “Six Main Tasks in Image Processing” via Zoom. The first overview lecture will take place on 4 May, Thursday next week, at 2:00 pm CEST. All other lectures will discuss tasks in the image processing pipeline in more detail. Participation is free but subject to registration and the availability of places.

The lecture series is organized by the Helmholtz schools IHRS BioSoft (in which the three SoftComp institutes in Jülich participate), and HIDSS4Health and BIF-IGS (in Karlsruhe), as well as Helmholtz Imaging. Our target audience is PhD students participating in the entire lecture series; certificates of participation can be issued for regular participation. However, the lectures are open to all interested colleagues and participation in specific lectures is also possible.
Organization & Registration
The lecture series is offered online. It takes place (more or less) bi-weekly. Registration is required; a registration link can be requested via mail to sabine.niebel@helmholtz-imaging.de
