With the Agilent 800 MHz spectrometer, structural properties of peptides, proteins, RNA or DNA in solution can be studied. Multidimensional (up to 5D) NMR experiments on 15N-, 13C,15N-, and 2H13C15N-triple labeled proteins can be conducted with molecular masses up to 40 kDa. The research dealing with recording, processing and analysis of high-dimensionality (4D, 5D) NMR data sets acquired with nonlinear sampling in evolution time-space can be carried out. The group staff has great experience in collection and studies of 15N relaxation (R1, R2 and 1H-15N NOE) data sets with several magnetic fields.
