CNBM is mourning for Prof. Stefan Jurga

Professor Stefan Jurga was a long-term Rector of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Pozna?, an educator of many generations, founder, and Director of the NanoBioMedical Centre AMU. Professor Stefan Jurga was an outstanding scientist, worldwide recognized Physicist, tireless science and education organizer, initiator of numerous scientific cooperations at the national and international level. He was a very inspiring man, endowed with vital energy, loved life and people, and was always willing to help. As a scientist, Professor Stefan Jurga was full of passion, consistent in implementing all actions, among which the last and closest to his heart was the NanoBioMedical Centre.

Professor Stefan Jurga passed away yesterday, March 15, at the age of 75.His achievements will live on, and he will be greatly missed in our academic community.
