Meeting Description

The EUSMI/SoftComp Annual Meeting 2018 will take place at the Hotel Zora-Adriatiq in Primosten, Croatia. The meeting will consist of a scientific programme designed to foster scientific discussion and networking among the SoftComp and the EUSMI community. The scientific part will start after lunch on 28 May 2018 and will end at noon on 31 May 2018. The afternoon of 31 May 2018 is reserved for administrative meetings of the EUSMI governance boards.

A detailed programme of the scientific part will be provided in due course.

Scientific contribution

You are invited to present a contributed talk of 20 minutes, which does not necessarily need to be related to an experiment, which you performed with the support of EUSMI. It may as well reflect your general research activities. To submit an abstract please send an e-mail to the EUSMI management office. After evaluation by the programme committee, you will be notified of acceptance in due time.

Costs and accommodation

The central budgets of SoftComp and EUSMI will cover the full meeting costs and the subsistence/accommodation cost. A contribution to travel expenses is granted for up to four persons per research group, limited to a maximum of 250 euro per person.
